1. Do you provide a written contract?

Yes, we do provide an easy to understand written contract. There are no hidden aspects to our services. Everything that is required and all the accurate event infomation will be outlined in the contract. Upon booking Brothers In Law DJ Entertainment your contract will be sent out immediately.

2. What type of equipment do you use?

At Brothers in Law DJ Entertainment we take pride in using top quality equipment. We use American DJ and Eliminator Lighting, Shure Microphones, chauvet, behringer, EV, and many more name brand manufacturers. You can rest assured that you are getting nothing but the best at your event.

 

 

 

3. How do I book Brothers in Law DJ Entertainment?

Booking Brothers in Law DJ Entertainment has never been easier. You can call us at 708-599-4598, e-mail us at info@brothersinlawdj.com or the easiest of them all: Insert your event date in the "check availability" form on the home page and if we are available another form will come up allowing you to insert your information. That information will go right to us and you will be contacted immediately!

4. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to retain your event date. The deposit amount varies depending on the balance due. The deposit is due back with the contract no later than 2 weeks before the contracted event. You may also pay your deposit online via credit card through your secure online event portal.

 

 

5. What is my GigBuilder secure online event portal?

GigBuilder is a new planning portal that Brothers in Law DJ Entertainment has added. Through this portal not only will we be able to have all your event information in one centralized location, it also allows you to EDIT YOUR EVENT INFORMATION through a page personally made for you. When you book Brothers in Law DJ Entertainment you will recieve a custom password that will allow you to access and edit your event information up to 7 days before your event. Just click on the client login page, insert your event date and password, and begin editing. Here you will be able to change all the informaiton as well as request music and make online payments via our secure pay-pal account!
